A Surveillance video shows the moment a 67yr old woman plunged head first through a sidewalk access door in broad day light in the city of Plainfield, New Jersey
It seems like she was instantly distracted by her phone. Authorities say the 67-year-old woman appeared to be texting when she tripped over an open access door and plunged six feet into the basement of a window pane store.Two girls who were walking in the opposite direction seemed extremely surprised and scared as the incident occured right in their face.
There were people working inside the basement and they immediately called 911. The emmergency crew came and carried her off in a stretcher. No words yet on how she is doing.
