Anthony Baffoe
Born 25 May 1965 in Bad Godesberg, Bonn, West Germany) is a former Ghanaian football player.
He was the second African to play in German Fußball-Bundesliga, behind Ibrahim Sunday.InternationalBaffoe capped for Ghana at 1992 and 1994 African Cup of Nations.
In February 2006 was named as national spokes person for the Ghana national football team. He performed to the admiration of most Ghanaians during the FIFA 2006 in Germany, giving the complexity of the World Cup and Ghana´s first attempt.He is the uncle of the German U-17 national member and 1. FC Köln player Reinhold Yabo. Baffoe is also the brother of German actor Liz Baffoe, who is famous for his role in Lindenstraße
