Friday, August 25th, 2017 was the first day of the Alafia Festival in Hamburg, Germany. Alafia which means "Peace be on to you" in Yoruba language, lives upto its meaning when you see hundreds of people come together and peacefully mingle with one another.
The weather was wonderful, the music was entertaining and offcourse the food & drinks were fantastic as people flooded to Altona district of Hamburg to join in the African Festival which happens every year around this period.
